This past weekend we were in Chicago for my sister Ashley's baby shower! My sisters and mom did all the prep work for the luau-themed party and I just showed up the day before to help execute all their plans. :-) Although it was hot and there were a couple spot downpours, we had a great time celebrating and this little baby girl got everything she could possibly need and more.

I used my Cricut to spell out "Aloha Baby" on onesies. Ashley found this idea somewhere on the internet and asked me to do it.

This amazing feat of gravity was also found by Michelle on Pinterest and Kristy put it together (I was her sous chef!). You core pineapples and stack them up on a pole. Then you get palm leaves from the florist and stick them in the top pineapple! The base of the pole was weighted and put inside the cut-out center of a cheap divided platter.
Kristy used the cute seasonal Hawaiian print diapers to make a diaper cake!
